The Challenge

NARCO's original site was built on Wix and undersold everything about the organization — the depth of its mission, the urgency of the problem it exists to solve, and the personal story behind why it was founded. For a licensed counseling nonprofit asking veterans, families, and donors to trust it, thin and generic wasn't an option.

The Approach

We built a new identity around trust, not clinical distance — a navy-and-gold palette that reads as stable and honorable rather than corporate, paired with a warm literary serif for headings and a clean, accessible sans-serif for body copy. The site was rebuilt on Astro and Tailwind for near-perfect performance, with two conversion paths — "Get Help" and "Support Us" — kept visible throughout, and real room given to the founder's own story rather than burying it.

The Result

A fast, accessible site now live at thenarco.org, serving as NARCO's primary channel for veterans and families finding free therapy and for donors and partners supporting the organization's national expansion.
